Mary Phelan D'Isa

Mary Phelan D’Isa was a general practice litigator before she enjoyed a 30-year career as a tenured law school professor, teaching legal research and writing, scholarly writing, criminal law, civil procedure, jurisdictions, and conflict of laws. In addition to her law degree, Professor D’Isa has a master’s in journalism. After teaching, Professor D’Isa served in the Michigan Attorney General’s office Consumer Protection division running its Consumer Education programming.
