Emily Chrissy Kendall received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law. With multiple years of experience in immigration law, Emily’s specific expertise is in employment-based immigration visas, with unique experience in PERM, Extraordinary Ability, and National Interest Waivers. Emily is currently working in private practice in Reston, Virginia, serving immigration clients all over the country and the world.
Emily is a member of the Virginia Bar and the 2011 winner of the Journal of Supreme Court History’s Hughes-Gossett Award. Her published articles are featured in the Journal of Supreme Court History, Texas Wesleyan Law Review, the journal of Trade, Law and Policy, Children’s Legal Rights Journal, and the University of Berkeley’s La Raza Law Journal.
Emily’s hobbies include hiking, ballet, and avidly following the Washington Capitals, Washington Redskins, and New York Knicks.
