REAL ESTATE SALES EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYMENT
This agreement will be effective as of _____________ (date), between ____________ _______________, of __________________________________________________ ____________________________ (address) referred to as broker, and ___________________________, of ______________________________________ ____________________ (address) referred to as sales representative.
RECITALS
1. The broker is a ___________________ (registered or licensed) real estate broker doing business that involves ________________________ (areas) real estate.
2. The sales representative is _______________ (registered or licensed or qualified) to deal with the public as such.
The broker and sales representative agree as follows:
PART I.
OBLIGATIONS OF BROKER
1. The broker agrees to make available all current listings presently existing among the sales representatives in the brokers office. The broker further agrees to assist the sales representative.
2. The representative may share with other representatives the facilities that are in the possession of the broker.
PART II.
DUTIES OF SALES REPRESENTATIVE
1. The sales representative promises to work diligently to sell, lease, or rent any and all real estate listed with broker. The sales representative shall also solicit additional listings, customers and business for the broker.
2. The sales representative must conduct himself in a manner that will increase the good will and reputation of the broker.
PART III.
COMPENSATION
The sales representative will receive ________________ (no salary or a minimum salary of ________________ ($__________) per month). Commissions shall be paid to the sales representative as follows:
