LANDLORD'S WAIVER OF CLAIM TO FIXTURES

For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, _________________________, "Landlord" hereby surrenders any claim to personal property that has been affixed to the real property located at ________________________________________ and leased by _________________________, "Tenant" under a lease dated on ____________________. 

Furthermore, the Landlord surrenders any and all claim to any personal property installed on the property by the Tenant, even if such property may be deemed to be a fixture upon the property. Said fixtures will retain their status of personal property and may be removed by the Tenant at will.
